Data we process

We process account identifiers, uploaded photos and videos, generated media, job status, credit ledger entries, purchase records, safety decisions and limited technical data needed to prevent abuse.

Why we process it

We use this data to authenticate you, create face swaps, provide previews, operate credits and payments, detect prohibited media, recover failed jobs, prevent repeated free-preview abuse and answer support requests.

Storage and providers

Private media is delivered through time-limited links. Generation, payment, authentication, storage and moderation providers receive only the information required for their role. We do not sell uploaded likenesses or use them to train a public face model.

Retention and deletion

Media is retained while needed to provide your account history and service. Rejected inputs are queued for early removal. You can delete your account and associated media from Account. Security and legally required accounting records may be retained only where required and with restricted access.

Your choices

You can review credit activity, delete your account, or use the privacy and support form to request access, correction or removal.
