Who may use Avatyx

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You may use only media and likenesses you own or have clear permission to use.

Prohibited use

Do not use Avatyx for sexual or exploitative content, content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, identity deception, harassment, or medical, financial or identity-verification impersonation. Public figures, politicians and celebrities may not be used without documented authorization.

Credits and payments

Credits are a service balance used to generate media. Packs are one-time purchases: Avatyx does not enroll you in a subscription. Credits are not money, cannot be withdrawn and do not expire while the service and your account remain available. Failed generation charges are returned according to the job settlement rules.

Your media and generated output

You keep your rights in permitted uploaded media and output. You grant Avatyx the limited permission needed to store and process them for the requested generation, safety checks and support. You are responsible for platform disclosures when sharing realistic AI-altered media.

Enforcement

We may reject or remove media, suspend abusive accounts, limit free previews and cooperate with valid legal requests. Safety classifiers may make mistakes; use the report and takedown form to request review.
